Before you write
- Open the app from your Shopify admin (Apps). The status banner at the top tells you if a connection, an API key or a theme app embed is missing.
- Storefront parts (withdrawal form, tax number field, pickup point picker) are theme app embeds: Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds → turn the block on → Save.
- Számla Híd and E-Rechnung Bridge: the event log in the app lists every attempt with the reason it was skipped or failed.
- E-Rechnung Bridge support is also available in German and English.
What we need
- Your store's myshopify.com address (not your password; we never ask for it).
- Which app, what you expected, what happened, and when.
- Order number or reference number, if there is one.
